dream jo, everything is so disposable now. I'm sorry your cooker broke. Most times it's cheaper to buy a new one rather than fix the old one. Mother Earth just keeps putting up with our ignorance.

Instant dinner last night with air fried chicken and sweet potato fries, also made a late night blueberry and raspberry cobbler. Too late to eat last night, so had it for breakfast! |

Tonight was that night! You know, the dark night of the fridge,.... when you look in and see a whole bunch of veggies and what not that will spoil it they are not dealt with, cleaned prepped,.... you know the drill. So, as I eat an artichoke waiting for it to cook down, here is what is in the pot tonight!
Tofu, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, spinach, onion, mushrooms, orzo chicken stock a little white wine and a whole bunch of herbs. I also have a bit of heavy cream to use up! Lol! I will let you know if it is a keeper or not! lol!
P.S. - it was respectable soup! I am dumb struck! lol!
