New to AP
Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I'm fairly new to astral projection and I've got a few questions about what I am experiencing. So far I haven't actually been able to project but I have gotten to a state where I feel vibrations. What I do is lay on my bed and close my eyes making sure I do not move at all. I try to concentrate on just relaxing my body and calming my thoughts. After awhile (maybe like 20-30 mins) I start to feel vibrations and it almost feels as if my bed starts to shake. Like the top of my bed shakes, then the side, then the foot, then the other side, and so on, round and round. After a while I almost completely lose feeling of my body and it feels like I am beginning to move. I try to visualize myself leaving my body but to no avail. I've been trying this for about a week now ranging between 45-60 minutes each time. Can anyone give me some tips on how to achieve full projection? Is it normal to feel my bed move and shake?

Instead of visualising, try to spiritually move away from your body. Do not think of your body as you will come back to it. It happens to me. Visualising is good but if it is not working, it is good to try something different. It is normal to feel your bed move and shake.

dd... It's best to learn more about AP so you get a better understanding of it, find methods that work for you to exit the body without getting stuck in the vibration stage, learn how to handle any difficulties that may come up, and get inspired for how you might explore with it.
