Thank you for all the replies and suggestions! It means a lot to me to have received such quick responses. And I'm glad to hear my posts are enjoyed...feels good to be appreciated

Perhaps I'll give the letter-writing a shot. It's easiest for me to express myself through writing...might take a few such letters to get it all out.

Hey,

I went through the anger/rage period not so long ago. Personally i found the best method to be telling people how you feel . black tourmaline didnt seem to work, npr did writting things down in a journal. . I think sometimes you just need to get it out and sometimes people just need to listen to things. In addition to this you'll probably find yourself getting pretty angry around the full moon and just before it....especially with this full moon ...its a powerful one for releasing past hurts etc

OceanWaves, I know what you did through, the same me. Meditation didnt work, sending love and knowlege either, nor writing my "private" unsent letters... The only possibility was to show what was inside me, just then things move. It hurt quite a lot, but the result is priceless!

Getting it out does feel good, then one must become willing to forgive and let go.
Forgiveness is the first step to healing imho.

I found the exact same thing...as soon as I got the anger out my life began to change and now certain relationships have totally changed...it was like the fights never happened...it is extremely strange but I've got no problems with it!

Fight or flight mechanism is within us all .... sometimes its just not good to run away but fighting seems so wrong so anger wins?

I have tried the writing down - worked to a degree?

Now i have a punch bag - a real one - the work out gives me positive hormones and stress is gone - also sooo tired so i sleep! Excellent!

Life is so much like hard work when your tired from not sleeping properly!
