Achieving Body of Light through meditation.
Or is it just an delusion byproduct through a deep meditation?

think they mean your not incarnated self which
is sort of said in simplified way made out of light ,
yes becoming one with it can be,
it happens when separation ends ,
its said you end up always in love and light

Ah... true that.
Our souls are energy beings.
I assume through some kind of ways to connect with our soul, our body manifests our soul's image??
Hmmm.. I wonder how to do that?
Anyone knows how?
Has anyone experienced it?

i don't know the path to that, but presumably you would have to deal with pranayama to get there... probably this light-being thing is as real as anything else. Personally though I'd rather learn to levitate if I had the guts for it

Hmmm... I wonder.. since my soul overrides me, the mere human.
Wouldn't it be the decision/intention of my own soul to take me to that level, when and if it needs to happen?

I am going to try meditating without any intention but to just connect with my own soul from now on.. just trying to listen to my soul and not asking for anything. (oh. this is going to be hard.

)

When I meditate, I usually use it to apply all my human intentions.

I just need to let go and take me to the pure state..
Hence the monks can do it since they abandoned all things from material world.

hehehe... I wouldn't have actually known the word for it except someone brought it up on the energy board a few months ago

you are probably right to wait for your higher self to get you there, it is a real hassle to try and do it

Well, you will have to work...or make effort, rather. It's beautiful effort, though.

Now, this is what you do. Forget about it.

Concentrate on 'God'...in whatever form you know how to...maybe you have learned to focus on
the breath and on your 3rd Eye? Perfect.
If not,
learn Kriya Yoga, not many hoops...it is the easiest to learn,
$42 for at home Lessons...then you move onward to initiation.
Go to a vegetarian diet, no alcohol, you know the deal.

But, this is the most imp thing...care only about God and (His) Love.
Focus on Him until there is no you.

When Jesus said, Seek the Kingdom of God first and all else will come ....He meant it.

Life and all that you desire is very simple. Focus your attention and, thus, your heart onto God.
Period.
Isn't that simple?...it is so simple ...most don't do it and make things complicated!

Just bear in mind that Kriya Yoga comes in many guises. For example, the kriya techniques as taught by Self-Realisation Fellowship or Ananda are quite different from the kriya techniques taught by eg Marshall Govindan, even though they all come from the same source.
