Practiced. Mostly Journeying but sometimes for others. It was a series of amazing events which ended in me meeting a practicing shaman who took me under his wing. Like everything else what arises comes and goes. I no longer have the desire or even the ability to practice it but it changed my life as did all the paths I took seeking truth. As they say, like the raft that carries you across a body of water, you put it down and walk on...you don't carry it.

If I may suggest, concentrate on learning about journeying as oppose to shamanism. Shamanism is a cultural thing. Journeying is for anyone. |

I've heard multiple arguments on if shamanism is for anyone or not. |

But that just means people have different definitions of what Shamanism was. That's why I prefer to say that I practiced journeying. |
