Knowing it’s genuine

I once went to the Jersey (UK) underground hospital while on holiday as a child, and I felt very strongly that I not only knew the layout but I would also know what I was about to see within a room before we went in.

Being a child I didn’t over think these feeling but they have never left me, and to this day I am almost 100% convinced I must have experienced the hospital in a past life, whether as a worker, a patient , or maybe I even died in there? but I defiantly feel it was more than a coincidence.

However my worry is if I approach someone who provides regression (hypnotic or spiritual) and they identify that location, will it answer my past life question, or will I just think all that happened is they tapped into my strong feelings and childhood memory or this location?

I've never been regressed and I share your sentiments.

In my teenage years, I babysat for a Jewish family in the States. I'm originally from Asia. As soon as I entered the house, I felt deja vu and I knew the layout of the entire house. It was the strangest feeling.

Why are you worried about it? The likelyhood is very strong that you had a life in that era. It's also likely that a regression wouldn't touch on that lifetime. None of my regressions have gone to places I feel I've lived before but that's probably because they had no bearing on the questions being answered at the time. You'll never know for sure until you ask.
