Past lifes and its knowledge
How to know the past lifes, the process involved to get to know. Is this knowledge helps anyway in the present life? If there is any pastlife can we also locate our associates in that life. If so can we understand our present associates and the relationships in the yester lifes. .... Please comment.

Interesting question I don't believe I've had violent past lives or anything like that so no I don't believe I'm affected by my past lives. The only influence it's had on me was when I was holiday in the UK, I knew where everything was, I didn't need a map it was crazy and I felt at home. I even had the English in London ask me for directions to some place and I said in my half american half south accent "I'm sorry I don't live here I'm a foreigner visiting" they were shocked. When I told my father he was shocked too. I never felt afraid in London and at the age of 16 got around very easily without ever getting lost and all by myself .

Hi Swamy,
There are many people that can use hypnosis to do a pastlife regression.
Apparently, recalling a past life has benefits - many times according to Brian Weiss, MD and PMH A****er phobias instantly disappear.
I'm sure there are other benefits.
I don't know if we can locate associates from that life.

ive had the experience of consciously going to the lowest of the mental planes, that of memory and witnessing my own Akashic records, where a living history of every physical incarnation is held, and by putting the attention upon them, they come to life and play like a movie before you...there are many benefits to this experience, one being, as Miss Hepburn said, the knowledge of the causes for phobias, and their instant removal, but also one can find the karmic causes for many of life's situations, and this is also of great benefit allowing one to see the mistakes in judgment they have made in the past that have come to fruition in this life, understanding these causes works in an instant fashion in one's life, allowing an understanding of problems that had once seemed very mysterious or even unexplainable, which can give one peace over the issue, allowing it to be let go of, and also allowing a better choice to be made when a similar circumstance presents itself...

i cant really guide you, i am no spiritual Master, but if you leave the body surely you could find one who is able to guide you through the process....i am merely relating how i accomplished it, the point being, that it is possible...

it means to leave the body, and find a spiritually advanced teacher that might show the way, there are so many gurus in the physical that merely make claims, this is one way of delving beyond claims and seeing the truth of the matter...
