Felt a hand
Hi all, This happened the other morning. My body felt different. I could not feel my body. I was lying on my side and I could feel a hand going down my back. I put out my hand to push the hand away. I felt a hand. It felt very real. The experience ended and when I woke up. I thought I must have put out my spiritual hand. Normally I would have been afraid but I was not. I should have been. I think I was not afraid was because I was very relaxed and did not worry about it. I just realise that is the reason why I do not get afraid. When I am practicing to ap and I hear strange noises it scares me a bit. I was just letting you know.

That is interesting. The hand could have been that of an ethereal person who was around you like your guide or someone. I have once felt a hand touching me but I knew right away who it belonged to; it was a spiritual hand.
