I do agree with Gem though. It would be best to find neutral or personal growth meditations to help the nurturing process that meditation is. Focusing on specific goals without tangential work on the Self can lead to emotional troubles.

I have to admit when I first viewed the thread I thought you-tube guided meditation was somewhat misleading, but didn't present any appreciable risk, but as the thread progresses, I'm starting to think the risk is more significant than I first thought.

Pema Chrodin is also a highly reputable, well qualified teacher. Her guided meditations are good, and she explains things well.
