Is this angel or guide communication?

Last night when I was laying in bed, I was relaxing my mind instead of thinking loads of things, I realised I was having a conversation in my head. So I started to talk back and listen for a reply which was instant. I could see the usual colour blobs in my minds eye, purple and green but its was like they were coming down in waves and each blob has a message. I was testing it out and I realised each wave had a few words at a time, I went with it and it ran smoothly from each message. One thing was I said 'Is this it, am I doing it?' (channelling) and I heard 'Yes, easy isn't it' and I thought 'I just needed to be quiet and have a clear mind' and I heard 'yes that's all there is too it'. I cant remember exactly the rest that was said before I asked the above, but it was like this...'I am very proud of you....all that you are doing is amazing.....you don't need to do anything else.....except be who you are.....and look after yourself....when you do this you are able to look after others.....as well as yourself....' and it went on from there. When I read Conversations with God I wished I would be able to communicate like that, I remember as a child I always used to speak to angels and spiritual beings, they were more real to me than talking to people in the 'real' life. Now my left ear is pulsating. This changed though I don't remember when. So my question is, is this angel/guide communication?

Whether it was from your mind or channeling the advice is solid.

I've learned so many things that all led me back to the realization that all i had to do was just be me....

Hi,

It sounds more like a conversation with your God within, the higher self to me.

Spirit guide(s) refer to: Angeles, loved ones, assigned beings, and God. Over there they don't call themselves Spirit Guides. It's we that give our helpers names. Hence it makes no difference whether it's an Angel or a loved one. Someone on the other side is giving you good advice.

Thank you, yes that is sound advice, I'm sure that's why God made us as we are, to just be who we are

This is pretty awesome! Thank you for responding, thinking about this I feel Ive spoken to this 'voice' before but I often discredit it as being my own imagination, but this time I just trusted and took it for what it is which meant it was much clearer and was given a chance to move through me, instead of being cut off by me. Exciting!

I see, that makes sense because I always try to figure out who is this talking to me, if its good or bad, if its guides or God or angels, but I guess defining them or putting them into a box isn't helpful to let it flow naturally and clearly. As I reflected on your message I felt a strong fire in my heart, not a hurting burn but a strong force of energy from a powerful source, but I could feel it within me as I acknowledge it for what it is and realised its always been there, but I've been looking outside of myself. I finally got what it means to truly look within and not outside of oneself! I've not really looked at it that way before so I guess accepting it for what it is and allowing it without judgement will help to receive this advice clearly, thank you :) Have been practicing listening to this inner guidance and they say some very posh but specific words at times, I wouldn't use them in my vocabulary but the word is the perfect one to describe the meaning, it makes me laugh. Thanks for your response!
