At the moment, I am listening to traditional Japanese Koto music...I find that it relaxes and calms me right down for meditation:

I also used to enjoy the shakuhachi, but particularly fussy about the key they were tuned in..some would relax me whilst others would agitate..until I discovered a similar instrument called the Duduk:

It is also strange how the word "duduk" means "to sit" in Bahasa Indonesian..
In regards to the Armenian flute..it is made from the wood of the apricot tree.. |
