Overlooked to Overbooked
Hello everyone,
I would like to know how successfully can I meditate and change my situation.i don't know if this is apart of meditation to pull things in as I meditate. I would like to know how do you go from being overlooked to overbooked, for jobs, opportunities. How do you meditate? Thank you everyone 💜

You seem to be asking how to manifest things in your life rather than how to meditate. There are plenty of books available on how to manifest - eg Neville Goddard, Esther and Jerry Hicks. However, meditation can help with manifestation.
Manifestation requires focus on whatever we want to manifest, and meditation certainly increases our ability to focus.
Manifestation requires a sense of gratitude, and that is something which also comes with meditation.
Manifestation requires that we overcome our own subconscious blocks to success, wealth, happiness, etc. Meditation allows us to go within and learn about ourselves and our subconscious tendencies.
Maybe the difference between manifestation and meditation is that manifestation is about accumulating more of what we want in life while meditation is about letting go. But in the process of letting go we create a space in our lives which allows things to manifest. Meditation gives us a greater sense of detachment, so we can put out the thought of what we want and if it happens then it happens, and if it doesn't happen then that is fine.
There are many ways to meditate and instructions are available online. But do you want to manifest, which tends to serve our personal desires? Or do you want to meditate, which is more about our spiritual aspirations? The two are not mutually exclusive - we can fulfil our spiritual goals while also enjoying material success.
Perhaps you need to be clear in yourself what it is you are after.
Peace.

This statement right here is the key. Manifesting intentionally is about getting out of your own way. We are manifesting all day, every day. The change people are looking for is to manifest things that feel good to them.
So the key is to stop being frustrated, depressed, etc., about what you see today not being what you want. Turn your attention to what is good, to what is perfect.
The universe has heard you. Now you just have to stop struggling and let it give it to you.
So meditate so that you can find the gratitude in each day. Meditate so that you can find peace from the struggle. Meditate so you can learn about things greater than you previously knew.
And then the manifestations will just be there.
But it won't matter to you anymore, because you'll be thrilled and amazed at life itself.

Almondeyez68,
I agree with Unseeking Seeker that Empowers and iamthat gave you some beautiful insights.
The following quote, from Abraham, echoes much of what they said:
'A big benefit from meditation that you will notice right away is that things you have been wanting will begin showing up. Now, why is this? Why does 15 minutes of just being, set those kinds of things in motion? Because you have already been asking, and now, during your time of meditation, you have stopped the resistance that has been holding it at bay. Because of your practiced meditation, you are now allowing your desires to flow into your experience.'
The key is to stop resisting, and to ALLOW your 'connection to Source' in your moment to moment experience. Meditation can help you do that.
Another inspiring quote from Abraham is:
'With just 30 days of mild effort, you can go from being one of the most resistant people on the planet to one of the least resistant people on the planet - and then, those who are watching you will be amazed by the number of manifestations that begin to occur in your physical experience.'
As far as how to meditate goes, just sit down with your eyes closed and BE, like a dog or cat, or a tree. Don't TRY. Let thoughts come and go naturally. Just sit there and be at peace. 10 or 15 minutes is long enough imo, once or twice a day. Meditating this way will help you release resistance.
