Aquarians and Anger

I'm an aqua female. I've noticed that I often let my emotions build up over something and then BOOM! Out of nowhere I lash out. Instead of addressing something that upsets me at the moment it occurs, I let it go for a few weeks. I dont even think about it and try to repress it. Then much later I have an outburst.

Any other aquas like this? Sometimes I think I should talk about my feelings more but I really don't enjoy doing that.

The aquas I know are more direct, in the moment with their thoughts and feelings. I think I have witnessed them as someone who do not really have the quality of 'bear and grin'. They rather are in the moment, and express as it is. I don't know an aqua yet who bottles up emotions as such. In fact I know one who will cry at the drop of a hat, but maybe their Leo moon makes things a little volatile for them. It could be the moon/ rising sign influence also that matters.

I know one Aquarius woman who is like what angelic star said, yells an screams a bit and flips out over things often, always starts arguments with people and stuff. Another Aquarius woman i knew i thought was a bit frustrating to talk to at times, not all the time though but sometimes i thought we were having a serious conversation then she would be like ok i got to go now by! i was like what!? i thought you were telling me about stuff? what the..? and no, she was not mad at me. And the third Aquarius female i met, i didn't really talk to her too much but we chatted about some stuff and she seemed cool. Oh and i think i met another one who was a bit of a hippy haha but she went right off at me once just for saying something that wasn't even bad, they seem at times to want to tell people how to act and what is appropriate and what is not, not all of them though of course.

Regardless if you are Aquarius or not, talking about your feelings is good, you can even just talk to yourself honestly about how you feel, it doesn't have to be with another person.

I'm a Sun Aqua lady and I can have a wicked temper... but I think it's more down to my Mars Sagittarius. In an argument, my Mercury Aqua comes up, all that very clear "this is exactly why you're wrong!!" flinging of words... heat up that air and then ignite with some fire and *BOOM* I don't let it build up very often (although I can hold grudges), it'll start without much warning at times *yikes*

Sun in Aquarius people consciously or instinctually observe and test patiently whatever they are dealing with before they make the move.
