Earth Chakra

I would love to work more with my Earth Star, especially since that was the first chakra i opened when i began cleansing, and i feel very close to it.
Any tips or exercises recommended for working with this chakra?

You can try crystals such as red jasper or hematite. Anything that can ground you should help.

Google it and read about it. Meditate, ground yourself, and visit your Earth Star Chakra. See what it looks like, feels like etc. Maybe you get messages or images there.
If memory serves well, it is in the care of AA Sandalphon so you could work with him. It is where the seeds of your potential, things you may or may not manifest, are kept.
Just Google it, the easiest way to find out more.

Also feel if your ESC is underneath you or tilted or slightly to the right/left/front/back.
It's important that it is properly aligned, so directly underneath you, in line with the rest of your chakras. If it isn't then move it.

Foot salt bath or foot massage

Dance to the motion of your natural frequency.
