The sky went the most brilliant, bright pink!!! It started with just the airplane mists turning pink then individual clouds. Like an allover sun set!
The birds went loopy, which sent my cat loopy lol!
Now it's a weird greyish darkness.
There's a lovely peaceful feel though!
Like something has lifted!
what a beautiful world we live in!

That sucks Norse I know the last lunar eclipse where we could totally see it it was cloudy, the time when the moon was the closest to earth, it was cloudy so frustrating.

I was up at 5am to see it here in Adelaide. It was a bit cloudy, but we could see it. My cats went nuts too:)

I'm in Victoria, Australia. I sat in my stayed up to watch it & got some pretty good photo's. I just wish i had a telescope so i could have got even better pictures. It was soooo freezing outside but so worth it :)

My late husband and I saw a total lunar eclipse in the Arizona desert years ago while visiting with friends. It was blood red and quite the spectacular sight...!
