Just did my fist scribing. Amazing sort of scary cos you get the truths you were burying and didn't really want to admit to but in reality it was a very good experience even if I'm only talking to my subconscious and not a guide. It's told me what I need to do next in meditation which I wouldn't have done had I not carried out this process.
Very useful tool to add to my forms of communication so thank you for sharing.
