Summer Solstice-Solar Eclipse-New Moon
We have summer solstice on the 20th, new moon on the 21st AND full solar eclipse!
From what I understand -I haven't read full articles on it yet- we'll have high energies coming in again.

The neighborhood deer so rudely interrupted my summer of sunflowers last night.
Ate the buds right off the tops of all but one. I'm livid. But now that means I can
start a new project with this cycle...
SIIIGH oh well!

Gosh, I got a bad case of brain-fog today! I seem to get that of late on days of powerful incoming energies.
Nothing helps to get rid of it, no amount of coffee or sugar, haha.
A good thing I finished editing my book yesterday! I had a deadline and if I'd had to do it today I wouldn't really have been able to do a good job.

It is such an new time. Listened to a Navajo poem that came up on social media yesterday. Thought of the sacred healing sent out by the women of the Navajo Nation for everyone around the world. Thought about the yahbichay ceremony posted a few days ago, of a young girl leaving her childhood behind and walking in a new way into her womanhood. Watched a little of the sunset and sunrise posting of Stone Henge. Saw the elders standing watch over the new dawn. Put roots deep into the earth. Drawing in new energy and sending out new green shoots. All seem to be a metaphor for this time. This was my solstice.

Turns out my sunflowers have multiple buds on the stems so all is not lost!  |
