Affirmations for the Chakras

As a practitioner of Reiki, I am very aware how are thoughts, emotions and beliefs effect the chakras, and ultimately are whole lives. When we reprogram our minds with positive things, allowing them to become a part of our subconscious (that's the secret) we will see our whole lives begin to change.

Here are seven affirmations specifically designed for the chakras! enjoy :)

Root Chakra: I am safe in the world around me. I belong in this world, and am a part of Gaia (mother-earth). I am at peace with my surroundings, with the people and the events that occur.

Sacral Chakra: I live life passionately, with good health and vitality. I am unafraid to be myself. I am confident and am achieving my dreams!

Solar-plexus Chakra: I am confident in all that I do. I am successful and release my creative energy into this Reality, effortlessly.

Heart Chakra: Love is the answer to everything. I am an infinite being full of Divine Love, which I give freely and openly accept from others!

Throat Chakra: I speak freely and with confidence. It is now safe for me to express my feelings and to create the life I desire. Everything I do is an expression of Love.

3rd Eye Chakra: I can see and think clearly, I see that all is well in my world. I see of the solutions to situations in my life and make positive changes now! I am the creator of my reality and my dreams are coming true. I am one with the vibration of the Infinite potential of the Universe.

Crown Chakra: I trust my inner knowing to guide me through life. All people in my life are here to teach me something about myself, so that I can grow. I trust that everything happens for a reason and that what I do makes a difference. I am balanced between Heaven and Earth and all areas of my life are in balance too.
