I don't believe it's like using the Ouija board. I do not use Ouija boards anymore but I use the candle and mirror exercise quite a bit.

I love that! Thank you for that idea. Something I will have to try. Very cool. I've done a lot of past life pondering, had some dreams which seem to be related to a past life, etc; I would love to try this idea with the mirror. It makes sense to me.
