No. Its not. Its actually a more selfish alternative because you came into this life for a reason and you are wanting someone else to take over your life for you. If you don't want to be here, it is not another spirit's responsibility to face what you can't face yourself. Don't be surprised if a spirit does take your place and gets fed up because you choose not to return within so much time, so they might possibly end your life for you. Spirits who do soul exchanges wind up just as depressed if not more so than the original spirit born into a body.
There are many times when we feel like our energy is depleted. There are many..........actually most days when I don't want to be here but I know that something great awaits me around the corner and life is worth holding onto. You have to go through the storm to appreciate the rainbow that follows. Life is not meant to be easy.
