Poltergeists

I am curious about Poltergeists, what are these destructive and disturbing
entities ? are they a spirit or a creation or projection of the human mind

I may be alone in thinking this, but I believe what people call Poltergeists are often (maybe not always) their own involuntary telekinetic powers going out of whack. I know two mediums who say they have such in their home - lights go on and off etc., but I think it's their own energy doing it.

I think you could be right Uma, I knew someone too that was having a problem with a poltergeist and she was a medium
Its a mysterious thing, the powers of the mind
I myself when alone at night and feeling a bit nervous for some reason have suddenly been worried about what if the light went off, and suddenly it has !

I have a theory that strong survival emotions set it off.
Wouldn't be amazing if you could learn to control this energy and redirect it as you wish?

Perhaps in the future they will learn to harness these energies
The Poltergeist is a extreme example if created by the mind power and a surge of emotions
Just imagine what could happen, the Poltergeist can actually move objects I believe, just think what this could lead up to

Sounds like a very scary experience Serenity, I have heard of vases being thrown through the air by a Poltergeist, and door handles being turned
It seems there is a lot of force produced by these powerful energies
