my friend who is plagued by sinus stuff uses a nutty pot. she swears by it.

also my daughter used to get sinus headaches. i gave her blackberry tea and it releases the fluid. not anything like 'celestial seasonings' but the loose herb from a health food store.

Oh so it's a tea? Right?

If I'm wrong please correct me. And where can I find it at?

Has anyone heard of Friar's Balsam? Brilliant stuff! A few drops in a bowl of boiling water, towel over the head, breathe slowly and deeply until the water starts to cool (usually about 5-10 minutes)
This is also wonderful cleansing for the skin.

Giving up dairy products entirely -and probably meat, may help.
But then, of course there is always the possibility of ANY food triggering allergies.....that's something you could find out with food allergy testing -mention it to your doctor, perhaps?
But dairy definitely has a bad rap when it comes to sinus irritation.
