So what's the difference between negative entities and low vibrational entities?

Low vibe people are just upset and sad? And can be good? I'm a bit confused...

Low vibe can also be described as mellow and calm while angry and upset can be described as high vibrant. Yet happy, loving and joyful can also exist within what is described as high vibe though not excluded from low vibe. It all depends on your perception. I find it best for myself to not be caught up in labels and simply judge entities (and everything) on an individual basis.

Negative is anything that is not in balance with you; at least in my definition.

That's just terminology, Ms. FA.
The use of High or Low is just a way of expressing the general origin of the spirit in question. More precisely whether angelic or from hell down below;
also that depends on the speaker's background (like one from a Christ Consciousness, or Co-creation point of view for example) of belief;
But of course, there are also spirits who are found in between.

That's a good simple definition.

From my experience of angelic I would probably choose the hell down below; for the sole reason I do not know it and therefore it has never dealt me wrong. That is something I cannot say about the angelic (far from)

Oh well that makes a bit of sense... :/ although some still don't sit right with me. There was this little girl I saw and she scared the hell out of me... So did a ball of light, and a black bird (crow I think)... Too scary to be around yet they didn't look very scary they made me flip out... Would those be concidered negative entities? Or just entities that were very upset at the time?

Well either way I am glad I posted this :) I have alot to think about!

Only you know if the negativity emanates from them or yourself. In this human form I have a way of being scared of spiders, yet that negativity emanates from myself. Hope that makes sense

I remember being held by a guide once when I was in a very dark place and needing some comfort. It was like being wrapped up in a big soft blanket and was very calming.

Sometimes when communicating, I find it easier to stretch out my hand to them and that way we link and things flow easier clearer but I always ask first if it is ok to do so. I hate invading anyone's personal space and I don't see guides as being any different to us in that respect.

Like us, guides have their own personalities, some are lighthearted, some are very matter of fact and some are very serious.

Personally I think you need to be wary about trying to hug every being that crosses your path.
