Oh Creator,

May I always hear the music in your winds,
Receive rejuvination from your waters,
Take sanctuary amongst your trees,
Be sustained from your animals,
Yet most important Love all your peoples.

LOL...awww...reminds me of the scene from Avatar, though...they were honoured in death, as they gave us sustenance...

Yes, lol. I'm completely against hunting animals for anything other than survival. The natives understood this too, I think most of them. Maybe some hunted for sport or to keep their skills sharp but we don't need to do that today, or we can do things like track (I just tracked two deer btw! lol) but we stop short of having to kill them.

that was an awesome proverb man very touching! native americans have amazing quotes I look new ones up everyday, thanks for sharing. too bad we can't put quotes on this site anymore what's up with that lol. i'm sure the native americans wouldn't mind spreading the love and wisdom eh? oh well, much love
