I was able to fly on an airplane again, without my husband AND with my toddler after not being able to fly for many years and previously throwing up and having panic attacks when I was flying with my husband. I felt so strong and capable. I focused on it during my yoga practice for a few weeks before and then during takeoff I did the special breathing technique I had learned, I forgot the name - where you cover one side of your nose at a time with your finger.

Yoga is more than only the physical exercises.
The physical aspect of yoga is called "asana".

I think asana yoga keeps the body flexible.
Also it keeps the energy flow in one's body physically unblocked.

Yoga has been incredibly helpful for me, not only physically, but spiritually and emotionally. It has helped me so much to bring balance back into my life and to connect with life force. I feel thankful I started practicing it and that it has been so helpful for me. No more therapist, lol!
