If I can add my personal oppinion here for you Reapy I'd say don't "try" to find out about past lives. If something needs to be looked at/dealt with, it's my experience that it'll make itself known. If you go 'looking' to try to 'figure out' past lives when nothing has 'come up' and basically called for your attention, then you may get caught in an ego-based trap many get caught in as they fret about sorting those things out.
To paraphrase Osho...there is much more than enough in even one life to sort out and live through.

my answer is

by living this life you're living now to the fullest
because then you feel fulfilled
and when you feel fulfilled
the story you began in the past has reached its end
and you are making your future story in the now

I would love a session with DR Brian Weiss, his books are amazing. Past life stuff is so interesting and it makes sense why we have difficulties in this lifetime.

I had a picture taking along time ago now. it captured my aura with in the colors the picture had the lady who took it said there were past lives. now I do not know much about this picture taking process. But it may help.
