Ringing in my ear
Twice a day usually i've been getting this intense ringing in my ear. It last for alittle while then my ear kinda feels full. Maybe something is trying to come through? If anyone has any thoughts or ideas I would love to hear them

 The rushing, ringing surging sounds are constant now and they are beautiful to listen to. Trust that you are touching your inner light when you hear these beautiful spiritual sounds. |

 durgaa, one must always use their own intuition. The ringing sounds I experience are much stronger when I meditate and give a beautiful feeling of peace and tranquility, so I very much trust that. |

Yes, of course lovetruth. The author of that website makes that same point. But, we need a balanced view of both sides. lf it feels positive for you, then it probably is..
l used to practice a kind of Yoga where you would stick your thumbs in your ears to listen to the ringing sounds. There are different sounds connected with different invisible planes - whistling, crickets, bees, the flute etc.. |

Used to?
I still love my earplugs to be able to concentrate better.
And sometimes thumbs....since the Sikhs consider it the "Essence
of the Absolute Supreme Being"....I mean why not?
