Hello all!
My name is Jake and I am 24 years old. I am a certified Body Ascension Breath facilitator residing in Hamilton, Ontario.
I came across this forum thanks to a Google search and am hoping to connect with like-minded individuals! I would also love to share my knowledge on the power of breath with you all! Conscious breathing has completely changed my life!
