Did I Channel My Higher Self?
I felt a feeling of warmth and understanding, plus there was an aura of acceptance, I just want to ask did I channel my higher self or was that just the result of a great meditation session.

That sounds like both a great meditation session of aligning energy, and a connection with your higher self.
Anytime we meditate, we do indeed align with the highest versions of ourselves.
