Przewalski horses
It does my heart good to see that these wild horses (the only true wild horse in existence today) are being brought back to the area (Mongolia). I've been googling, but cannot find when they supposedly appeared on earth - even though that sounds weird. I've seen photographs of cave drawings that are the spitting image of this horse.
I thought I'd share my favorite news story of July 4th, 2017.

Thanks for sharing, they're truly wonderful. Their ancestors ( as they split into two breeds later on) are said to appear 160 thousand years ago:) And Przewalski's breed 6-10 thousand years ago.
Thats amazing! and they're back home:)

Good find, Silver! I would imagine that horses have been on earth almost as long (or just as long) as humans. As you say, they are often seen in cave drawings.
