Can you prove to another you went out of body?

We seem to have this need to "prove" something when really its better to teach something. I came into this life being able to just step out without any conscious thought on doing it. My kids are the same. I had to learn that not everyone can freely astral so I had to learn how it works and why it works for some and not for others.

I never was one to "prove" I am real in what I can do more I have learned to use it to help others understand that we all have the same abilities but we are not all ready to open that door at times.

I have done workshops and events and I have had skeptics in the room, but I never had them escorted out more I would find common grounds with them. At times some left going OK she is real, but I still feel most are not. That is OK we are all teachers.

It's kind of funny because my Psychologist and I were just talking about this. She said that you could ask people if they were doing such and such at such and such time and see if they say yes.

I know you shouldn't have to prove to others that you have a gift, but it does bother me and kind of hurt my feelings that my husband doesn't believe me so I feel like I am always trying to prove myself. He thinks all the things that I dream or messages I get that come true are coincidences. He is always trying to come up with a logical explanation so I just quit telling him things so much.

Proof is part of the foundation for education. You have to determine what something is before you can teach it even if that remains an open question. You have to know where things stand and present it that way. Otherwise you are teaching theory, conjecture, belief as though it is fact. In doing so you also risk misinforming students on appropriate techniques and procedures.

For instance, a very common mistake when people are learning to connect with higher levels is believing you are connecting to spirits / souls of people who have passed over but what is actually taking place is they are tapping into the grid and only accessing recorded information instead of making a connection to the spirit / soul. It is revealed in the feedback. Whether it is a student, a medium or psychic they will describe scenes of that person's life when they were living on this plane. Everything they pick up is from the past. It gets murky and vague when they attempt to get present time communication and frequently is is generic and nothing that hits the nail on the head indicating they are truly aware of current situations in your life. They are trying to fit pieces together that do not go together. If the seeker understood they were linking with the grid instead of the actual spirit / soul of the deceased person they would be better off developing techniques to improve linking with the grid and accessing that information. If they continue to believe they are linking with the spirit / soul of the deceased person they will be wasting a lot of time and energy fruitlessly.

IOW, if you study baseball when you are actually in a football game you will be at a disadvantage. If you know the game you are in and are studying that game you are going to get more out of the experience.

So gathering evidence of what you are doing is a vital step in understanding, spiritual development, the learning process and honing your skills.

As for OBE's train yourself to look for details specific to the environment that can be verified like the whale bone display. Now this could be remote viewing and not an OBE. The verification of an OBE may only be attainable as a personal validation. The OBE inherently feels different than a remote viewing experience. You may have to settle for understanding the difference on your own. The tools to measure and demonstrate one or the other may not exist. But the skill for you personally to sense the difference can be developed.

Interesting points you make and for the majority of the post it has validity all over it. HOWEVER, I disagree with your final analysis at the end because OBE can be proven if you do group OBE's. I participate in a group and many many times the group could easily latch on to 'reality' and not just 'feel' or 'imagine' the way through but through actual senses (including the upper chakra senses) we were able to vocalize the 'proof' of the experience(s). Its really simple if you are Awakened and willing to pony-up your senses to others. Some ppl are afraid or insecure to communicate what they are experiencing to others but if you are not the world is your oyster!

So live it up and OBE with confidence!!!

My husband sounds like your husband. I do not talk about ap to my husband because he does not believe it. He says prove it. If I could prove it I would. I tried to long ago but I was not able to succeed. I suppose I was not good enough at ap to try to prove it to my husband. There was always something that went wrong. The main thing is I have a lovely kind husband and that is the most important thing. He has accepted the way I am and I have accepted the way he is. It would be nice if I could share ap with my husband but I am not able to.

If I may I would like to suggest to you to invoke intuitive association with your husband. That is, hopefully you both are intuitive and practice it daily or frequently through your lives either together or separately.
I have tied this trait as a stepping stone to OBE on more than one occasion. And how do you step it? Well both are energy in their own right. I like to think of them both as consciousness singularities in that they are 'away' from the body and therefore at a point out there in space where both can be appreciated, admired, and sensed e.g. Sixth Sense activity. Its really not a leap of faith at all. If your husband can imagine this then you can then do exercises together and hone your skills. We all have it. It just needs to be exercised and re-invented in our world of 'make believe'. I trust this can be helpful as it is a challenge where when remedied will no longer be an obstacle to master.

I may have a student after July 1st '18 who will practice my method for conscious exits, if he succeeds, that will be my proof.
