Using Positive and Negative experiences to your advantage

How do you know who you are, unless you experience who you are not? How do you know tall, if you have not seen short? How do you know here, unless you haven't been there? How are you "a part" of it, unless you are, "apart" of something? How do you find positivity, unless you have experienced the negative. Use negative experiences to your advantage to be more positive. Manipulate the experiences you feel to your advantage. Once you learn how to use positive and negative experiences to your advantage, you have learned how to master life. Create yourself anew every moment. When you grasp this concept you will no longer fear. You will grow into a better version of yourself every experience you have.
