Angel wings
The fallen
the lost ones
broken wings
that cannot fly
lost amidst the human eyes
the human pain
The human strain
The awakened angel
with angel wings
no greater love
can one bring
To the table of despair
there is nothing that compares
To the angel who cares
touches and doesn't stare
with eyes that glare
with hands of steel
just soft wings to feel
of an angel born
on this beautiful morn
No greater love
can the oneness bring
than the love
of healed angel wings
To soar the skies
be taken away
to places lost
by fallen prey
Back to claim
the broken wings
that long to fly
not fall and die
No greater cause
can call to me
than to set myself
and others free
by being me
as the angels
that I see.
