My Mom ordered pizza from Anna Maria's pizzeria yesterday along with a salad. So there is still left overs .

Last night we had t bone steaks to celebrate Memorial day. Baked tatties and chocolate cake with ice cream.
Tonight will be pork roast. Not sure of the sides yet.

Last night was leftovers.
I found a 2 qt pressure cooker at the thrift store yesterday (so cute!) so I thoroughly washed it and will fix bbq pulled chicken tonight.

Yesterday last night my Mom made Chicken Fajitas and for the side we had corn (not on the comb) . It was delicious .  |

For lunch I normally pick up some Mexican food for the family. Today's treat will be Quesadillas. Being we live near Mexico, we get the 'real deal' and each Quesadilla cost only $1.49. We get 2-3 containers per person of the hot sauce, etc. which makes the Quesadilla taste great. I just do not know how this Mexican restaurant can make any money from us, but they really enjoy I ordering almost every day!

Hubby was gone last night so I ate leftovers. Tonight will be the pressure cooked chicken pulled pork sammies.  Probably fries and a salad to go with them. |

I'll use my little pressure cooker again tonight. It's brats and navy beans and bell peppers, served with crusty garlic bread.
