I'm curious

Ok. So I can do heat. And and I'm still working on pressure and possible space? I haven't learn how to push yet.
But what I want to know, is how do you shock? Like create voltage in your hands. I've heard of people doing it.

Imagine it happening and focus on the image. Your body will shortly change into thinking this is happening, putting you in the position to make it actually happen (setting it up for it and then doing it.) Sometimes the image is powerful enough to let out a few sparks itself. My sister meditates on controlling the electricity in her body, and I have created sparks myself and charged my phone, as well as uncharging it if I wish to (sometimes the screen freezes so I take out the energy and it dies, then I put it back in to make it work again..)

Lol I try to keep my energy away from my precious electronics.
Sometimes I get frizzle frazzle type feelings in my palm. When I first got in2 doing the work sparks would jump off my hands when touching my old apartment door handle. I couldn't figure if it was my energy on the metal. Or all the ppl touching the handle and me coming into contact with it. My key would soetimes spark touching the lock. And I could shock my girl. One time touching something flowed through me to shock her lol.

It's a matter of focus and patience. As they said above you can do it in a few ways, but patience is key.
