Clearing Karmic energy

I'm putting this message here for those who are about to go through or going through a deep healing process (this message is probably only relevant for a few people...in particular empaths apparently)

Removing your karma involves righting the wrongs of the past. Each time you act in a way which is unloving you increase the number of masks that you have which hide your divine perfection. Over many lifetimes these masks build up as you evolve you become increasingly aware that you've lost yourself. To begin going through the healing process first set your intention on those aspects of yourself you wish to heal. You can tackle a big issue like self love, a pattern that usually takes a long time to remove or something a little simpler, for example jealousy which may take less time to resolve. You can then meditate/ send healing to these masks and ask spirit to show you how to heal them. You will either be lead to the right people who will help you to learn or you will recieve divine insights about the nature of the issue. To tackle these problems on a physical level however you can use massage, healings, ocean water etc to help release and clear the energetic patterns. Each time you clear a layer you will then move onto a deeper level and then after that you will be directed to something else to heal. This healing will increase your sensitivity and vibration. Therefore you may begin to become increasingly aware of parts of your body which are painfull. These are enegetic blockages. Focus on locating where the pain is in your body and then direct healing energy to these places and try and work out the original reason for the pain. It is likely that this will bring up unresolve feelings...sometimes they can be intense and can leave you, dizzy depressed and fearfull for days but ultimately it will lead you to a better place. Over time you will refine the process and it will become easier but it does take time. Just know that your not going through it alone and that your angels, guide and others are always there to take you through the process. Interesting what you say. The techniques you describe sound shamanic in a way or like soul retrieval.

Karma clearing is not only about righting wrongs. I'd rather rephrase that anyway, since nothing is "wrong", only right from another point of view. We do have karmic debts to pay. It's the idea "what comes around goes around." And we're always looking to experience the point of view that's opposite to the one we experienced before.

Karma is also about being a teacher and being a student. We have that sort of relationship with people.

And there is individual karma, family karma, soul group karma, national karma...etc. We're networked throughout time and space because of karma.

Karma means action and all the consequences of that action.

We can burn karma in a lifetime but as we do so we are creating more karma. They are like seeds waiting to sprout. The only way to deal with karma so it's no longer an issue is to attain enlightenment, that awareness in which it's like the seeds of karma are burnt and can't sprout (so to speak) meaning that karmic events can no longer affect us. We don't need to wear those masks you mentioned.

So this is my 2 cents on karma...
