Advice needed: Any way to maneuver around person blocking you to get to soulmate?

Yeah, i know it's really frustating dating. I hate it, because i would prefer to have a stable relationship with somone special instead to just date around. It leads to more sadness filling voids, many people just enter relationships to be safe, money, travel, having a "friend" rather a lover and someone you are attracted. Some settle even if they really don't like their partner, but with the excuse of money, having a nice house and other benefits they are ok, but inside them they are empty and want to fall in love for real. I know it's hard but think how much people is in not so lovely relationships and just for confort rather true love, your life with your friends, your job is what makes you lucky in life. Better be "alone" than feeling alone in a relationship, you will find another one when you least expect without searching for if not TF.
