I believe I would be like most people when I say that sometimes I trust the universe and sometimes I do not.

Trusting the universe tends to be a 'last resort' when everything I have tried, has failed when it should be the first resort, then everything I try will not fail - or if it does, it wasn't meant to be that way.

Last night, I was listening to an Alan Watts lecture as I was trying to sleep...Alan Watts just has that 'sleeping voice'..lol

Hello Miss Hepburn

Being part of the universal consciousness(I hate words!) is everyone's deep wish especially in the unconscious as the unconscious knows it is conscious beyond form, I awakened many times to fall back and forth, I could see it, be it, taste it..and still get engulfed by the mind for months on end, it took something catastrophic in my life to become self realised as I could not cope with the shock, it was either become realised or feel like opting out of this manifestation, the mind will still be there for me I would say 20% of my day trying to drag me off but I soon become the watcher

if I was to speak about a direct instant route or path(bad choice of words) to enlightenment or whatever label we put on the ultimate it would be self inquiry, "who am I" and observing the silence. I spend long parts of my day in internal silence being part of the universe and just watching

I can see you are/were/is/will be/have been...Spoken from the heart
