Hello everyone :)
I have join this forum to again get my spiritual path on the track, I have eksperiences with Theravada Buddhism and have been dedicated Buddhist for more then 20 years, But also my interests lay in spiritual growth from many paths, trying to understand what others gain from different paths in life.
Even i have meditated for the time i been a Buddhist i still learn something new every day and often i understand that who i used to be is not what i am or what i will become in the future :)
I would like to learn from you all, and if i can be to any help i will do my best to give some advice :)

Hello Amanaki! Today is my first day of posting here. I am grateful to the Theravada Buddhists for perserving the Pali Canon. I am not Buddhist, but I do wear a Buddha and practice the 5 precepts as a part of my lifestyle.
I learn about the Theravada Buddhists through Vipassana. I try to do Vipassana Meditation once in a while. I used to go to the Sangha but they moved to a place where I need a car to get there safe. I need to meditate more often into a daily practice. Thanks for sharing who you are. I hope to learn from you.

You do not need a sangha to meditate, but yes it is best to have a meditation teacher in the beginning :)
