From Anandini ji- A very simple yet effective technique for everyone,can be practiced anytime,anywhere. Sit with closed eyes,with fingers interlocked. A deep inhalation through your nose,let the breath flow and reach your navel, reverse the same breath and exhale through your nose. During inhalation the abdomen expands and during exhalation it draws in. concentrate on the current ,you feel inside you. Awareness that the soul must inhale every breath leading to control of the mind and liberation.
