Sunstones
Does anyone have, use, wear or enjoy, the beautiful oranges, reds, yellows, tans, and green of Oregon Sunstone? Planning on doing a dig in the open mine next spring.

No, from what I can work out it's not easy to find (to buy i mean), which is logical considering its price.
I've seen some beautiful pieces online just now :) I like it. I like most feldspars.
I read there's a huge deposit in Norway discovered, so why there's not more readily available on the market??

Sunstone is readily available in India. Though I don't know if that's the variety you all have in mind. That one has a warm energetic feel to it.

The OP is talking about Oregon sunstone, which is entirely different from regular sunstone. Google it! I'd never heard of it either, it's quite beautiful esp if it's got green in it too.
