Where do you get the energy from?

I'm not sure if I fully grasp your take on this, but when I heal, connect with Spirit or do anything else spiritual, I connect with Source, which is in all things. Some might call it chi...

Tainamom: that is a very interesting perspective. You are only the second I can recall, who knows something about the purity of energies. The first one says that my energy is pure because there is pure energy and negative energy in a person, and the less negative energy the purer it gets. Particle thickness is a new aspect for me.

G-L: entering others' minds to look is what I do when I do a reading. Is there any other way? But I see what you mean about the energy containing our spiritual signature.

In general, I find that most people, incl. myself can not channel 100% pure energy from Source itself. Everyone can be an instrument for Source and I'm guessing that the average human channels about 1-2% pure energy. People in the the field itself would channel more, but it really takes a lot of 'blessings' to get to the point of even channeling 15-20%. But in this day and time, there are more and more people opening up and receiving/giving more and a few are higher than 60% and probably even as high as 90%. It's rare, but I've met a few of those rare people. I won't be surprised if there are those who are in the 100% range, but I'm just guessing from what I've been told.

So, to be an instrument for the purest energy you can channel, one must be in their hearts properly. By that I mean actually practicing and feeling love and joy coming from the heart. Many people who've taken Reiki has had their crown chakra opened to receive divine energy more easily. (I have no idea of other spiritual programs such as chi-gung, religious or non-religious stuff, etc. as each person has their own destiny and i sure there are many who have this gift naturally.) So, anytime we are not connected w/ our hearts properly, we are not connected to the highest Source. As a matter of fact, a person who connects with the pure inner heart is actually connected to the highest Source of Love and Light, but we can connect w/ our outer heart and still be a good instrument.

I find that the more I did or wanted to make happen, the less the energy flowed. The less I do, the better the energy from Source flowed.

Some people purposely 'take on' other's negativity and they suffer physically. Some people use their energy, which is impure, and give their negativity to the other person. Then sometimes while being a channel, we give away our energy to others and it depletes us (this I have experience in, so I don't do this anymore.) When one is properly connected to Source, one never feels depleted. As a matter of fact, when I'm channeling w/ other alumni, I get a rush so bad that I can't even sleep - too much energy!

Playing w/ energy is fun, but I just love the Pure Love and Light from Source best.

Not far.. however, this book evolved from him playing with energy and realizing that we have mini-energy vortexes in our joints. He then realized that sending heart energy was more powerful -- but you need to energize it first.

Oh my. That was an intense 20-minute read, but it was definitely valuable reading and I will be reading it again. I have not focused on my heart much in my healing attempts but this changes now. I hope to be able to test this soon.

I hope this is the right subforum for this question.

Energy. It is what you seem to need in order to do various spiritual things like healing. Where do you get your energy from, and how do you harvest it? I am aware of techniques like summoning it from the elements or the surroundings, asking for it from the Powers That Be, drawing it from crystals, creating it within yourself or even getting it from other people. I have tried a couple of these myself with varying success. I find that I can both find energy within myself, in some of my stones when they have been charged, and from the Upper Planes. But the energy within me is the easiest to access.

When I summon energy, from any source, I find myself able to do one active psychic task. Maybe two, then I am out of power. Never tired or exhausted.

I have asked this question elsewhere as well and got varying replies. Some say that using your own energy to heal is BAD. Others say it doesn't matter.

My spirit guide says that my personal energy is purer than normal, and that is why I can summon more energy from above than some. I don't know what that means, either.

That is an extraudinarily broad question you have there. Your going to get so many different answers and opinions. Maybe you could narrow it down if your looking for some specific information so you dont get overloaded?

The way I see it is that there are multiple sources of energy from which our world and the souls in it are made up of, not just one single origin.

I separate energy into a few caragories and then sub catagories, but its important to know that each being/object has its on unique charicteristics even though it is a specific energy type.

In simple terms, energy is like dna, it can change over time and adapt, but when you trace it back it always has an origin or source that it may or may not share with other kinds of energies.

Some people are able to separate each type of energy and recodnise all the sources and changes its undergone on its journey. It's a handy skill to have when you want to figure out what energy is specialised to give which affect.

But, different energies dont always react in the same ways each time. Taking souls/people/spirits for example, each person might react differently to the same type of energy and the affect it has on each of those people might be either positive or negative.

Some energy sources are incompatable, some even damage one another and render both energies useless/non-existent...so thats another important thing to keep in mind if your working with energies as well. In fact, some beings/souls actually get ill from healing energy (I found that out the hard way.)

Some beings aren't even from a source of energy itself, but instead are the result of a force of nature (like karma or chaos or whatever else affects reality constantly.)

It's ridiculiously complicated, this energy thing....

Anyhow, onto your question....As you probably already know I personally pull in energy from everything available around me (ambient/elemental/spirit...etc) and it gets converted or "digested" and becomes my own energy as a result, which I use for most tasks (unless a very specific energy is needed to complete a task, then I lace my own energy within it and control it as it is like a tool.)

I have an idea of what your energy being "purer" means (though I cant be sure whether it is the same idea your guide had at the time.)

I have some theorys as to why you can only do one or two things before the energy runs out and stops getting channeled through you....but it would take a while to explain and there are multiple possibilities and it could probably run off topic...so would you like me to send you a pm instead?

I usually channel energy from natural sources, or guides.
