i would like to know if anybody reached a state where they dont feel any kind of egoic thoughts while leading thier life through continous practice of out of body expirences, as i seriously need thier guidance.

With respect, I think you're completely off course with this. And by the way, it overlaps with what you've put in your PM.


You can't run away from who and what you are, you can only deal with yourself as you are right now. All thoughts are egoic as they are all subject to the same processes as every other thought - the thought of ego-death is a thought just the same, anything else is fooling yourself. You can't permanently live in an out-of-body or astral state of consciousness.



The sooner you can come to terms with what you're running away from the sooner your Life will begin to feel less turbulent and things will begin to settle down. Losing interest in your present job doesn't mean there is no meaning, it means you can't find it and you're unhappy or unsettled in it. When you start to find meaning in what you're doing and where you're at, things start changing.

ok, but i have tried and failed with my efforts, it has to be something which my higher self or inner self needs which i am not grasping yet, so just looking to find the person who has reached what i am abt to reach in future, so that i can get some clarity of what work i need to do in future as all spiritual people one day will meet the same goal and same way of thinking unlike non spiritual people. Anyway thanks for ur suggestion.

As I see it there are only two ways to get rid of ego altogether - briefly, through orgasm; permanently through dying. One always hopes the former doesn't result in the latter but if it does I can't think of a better way to go. Even under the deepest stretch of a psychedelic experience your residual judgement keeps watch if you have any sort of control left.

I have to agree with Greenslade.

There's nothing wrong with ego. besides. Just acknowledge that you aren't alone the centre of the cosmos.

Leaving the ego discussion aside, what the ego is in my view, we need to understand what the mind is and why thoughts we pick up are mostly not our own.

The mind is an artificial construct that we tap or tune into via the brain, he heart or other parts of our body.

Some teaching suggest, and my HS confirms, if we hold only loving thoughts for a certain period of time, (about 4 weeks) our body will transform and we will vanish from this reality.
To achieve this Taoist monks and I am sure others will remove themselves from society and often move into the mountains.

Most who transition from this reality to the 5th density have help from those densities. Why this is so would go outside of the intended scope of this thread I feel.
