Be careful of generalizing all humans as the same, we are not all on the same path.

I just mean that we all have the same physiology. Our physiology is behind our beliefs and actions. Even though beliefs and actions may appear different, they all have the same motivations and goals. For a person to be on a different path in that respect, they would have to be another species. For example, some people want to be different than everyone else (like me), and I understand where that comes from as a human and the core goal is no different than a person who enjoys conformity.

Rather than seeing and wondering if all paths lead to the same place, just focus instead on getting to the summit through your chosen path.

The real obstacle to me embarking upon the path of I AM is a lack of interest. The world is no nearly so interesting if it is only maya or unreal. A real world is far more interesting. Other people are not so interesting if they are only reflections of my own self or of my mind. God is not so interesting if He is only me!
A real world, real others, and a real God are far more interesting than what I AM has to offer.

I asked humbly, for the loving grace of Jesus to rid my soul of these pesky, interfering guides, guides I have felt I’ve made no progress with because they keep messing with me and violating my free will.
He didn’t answer. My guides are still arseholes and bothering me.
So much for the power of Jesus. Maybe because I’m not a Christian?

My experience with Jesus is that sometimes He is present and correct and other times He is nowhere to be found. It is actually quite a slow process to establish a proper relationship with Him.
I'm still not totally certain about Him, but I do find that I appreciate what relationship I do have with Him.

I found out the hard way, if I'm being punished for something I did in the past, it isn't in anyone's interest that I simply be able to wish the punishment away with a prayer... not even in my own.
