(u hum) ________ (su mar pie aw me) I have poor transliteration skills.

The blank is whatever you are offering during the puja, so you just fill in the blank with that.

So if you're offering flame (fire) it's aham deepam samarpayami

flame - deepam
incense - dhupam
food - naivedyam
water - acamaniyam
flowers - pushpam

That's about as simple as you can get, and you can think ... "I offer this to you.')

hello just a reply to the OP

That pooja requires certain things

like bathing before praying (there is a reason) and praying requires no tools . you can just bow down and say your prayers(anything, gratefulness or even pour your heart out)
