It takes a good 20+ years for anyone to gain superpowers through meditation. I have the power to teleport from place to place, reverse aging, and shoot a fireball out of my hand. The more better you are at meditating the more powers you have.

All these powers that you have are with you in the astral realms, right? I have powers there too.I can fly just like superman, I can pass through objects, I can teleport from one place to another ( it's just a thought ), I can even see into this reality, but this happens very rarely and most of the time I only see glimpses.Anyway, my purpose was never to gain such powers, I wish I would have healing powers that manifest in this reality but maybe later..

For me this is enough evidence that there is absolutely totally nothing at all. But of course there's probably always something I'm doing wrong, no matter what I do or try. If a God and/or my so-called invisible cheerleaders (guides) exist then they probably failed me as I failed them. But am I disappointed? Not really. I mean, it's not like I expected anything to change, but hey at least I gave it a shot so the joke is on them and everyone else who recommends this practice.
one size doesn't fit all when it comes to being "spiritual" everyone has there own definition of it. I couldn't meditate on the traditional way if my life depended on it. But I found something that works for me. If you really want "spiritual" results. Start by looking deep within yourself. Be honest in what you find. Bet you find something amazing. . When you eat healthier, do yoga and all that other stuff, it's just physical. When you're seeking "spiritual" anything "physical" does very little. Native Americans used to send young people out with no food and water for sometimes weeks alone. It was common they would return having some type of spiritual experience. That has little to do with what they ate or what they did to force it.

It's true that the thoughts are ones who shape reality but imagine having an experience where your thoughts manifest instantly, you want to fly, you fly, you want to pass through objects, you do that, this is what happens when you have an OBE.

Bottom line is imo, all the walls have to come down, heart wide open totally exposed, surrender the ego to this something other thing. Then, it's still not all sunshine and lolly pops, We're still human. But there's something more to work with. All this to be done without want of return. I wish you all the best SOL.
֍ What speeded me along on mediation is that I would go to at least 3 groups every week. Then there was a group
I hosted which would begin at 7:00 PM and sometimes lasted till over midnight..... We would lose track of time. ֎
