Somebody who,s name i cant remember said."Depression is caused by worrying about the past. Anxiety is caused by worrying about the future".Be present. My partner suffers from anxiety attacks every now and then.They are debilitating.Panic attacks.The Fear. I,ve witnessed a panic attack a few times.One piece of advice i heard on youtube from a medical man was to remember you wont die from a panic attack.There is no easy quick answer , however I,ve heard anxiety is one of the easiest conditions to alleviate through therapy and counseling.
