Rejuvinating Dream

I had this dream when I was a teenager and still remember it clear as day. After the dream I felt like my body was regenerated somehow.

In the dream I was in a field ( nature scene ) there was an old shed off to the side I went to. Inside the barn were my current friends. They were all staring zombie like at this wooden table in the middle of the shed. There was a caterpillar slowly moving across.

I had an overwhelming sensation they were trying to deceive me somehow so I left.

Next I remember is I was sitting on the hill and nature was all around me. Everything vibrated and I had a oneness with everything and my body was filled with energy.

In context to the story at that time I was into drugs and partying ect but quit all that and stopped hanging out with them and discovered meditation and being fine doing my own thing.

You were the caterpillar on the table and transformed yourself to go in another direction.
