Black Angel.

Hi Inen..welcome to the forum mate yes i've heard of a dark angel as well but never a black......funny thing...i just got what i feel is a message which may help to explain things "or not " ......( I am the other side of your coin.) Hey thats something to ponder on.

I was just writing about recognizing-accepting our dark side, in another thread.
The acts-urges we're not proud of yet accept as human.

Not something I've personally dealt with extensively, yet who knows...
I HAVE looked at myself and less than charitable things I've done, yet never considered a dark "self" as such ..... probably a fiction of mind...yet a dark angel could personify such aspects to better understand - accept them.(possibly)

One question that I personally think is very important.

The symbolism of him being black.. what does it mean to you?

The way I understand it is that our guides come to us in very personal forms, forms that we relate to.

Here is an example.... I had a bad time with Christianity and completely turned my back on it. I found paganism and found that I had come home... however after a while I found lightworker things and I was complete. Also around this time a very important guide was trying to make his presence known to me..... he came to me looking like Barry Gibb (Bee Gees) dressed in a white spandex jump suit, big hair and shiny white teeth. I pushed him away to start with but after a while I realised he was important... that was when I realised it was Sananda (Jesus). I asked him why he came to me in that form and he said that if he had come to me in the form of the standard white robes and straight blonde hair I would have rejected him... he needed to make me laugh to get past my total rejection of Christianity. He also needed me to see that it wasn't Christianity that he was passing to me but something purer.

So, although some may say that a dark or black angel is something bad, in the end it doesn't matter. What matters is what the symbolism means to you. No guide would come to you in a form that would scare you, what would it achieve? You would push them away, which is pointless.

Good question Sungirl...in this case i see the symbolism of my guide being black to mean....the opposite of light......and yet i love my guide..hmmm so maybe the meaning is, i need to love and except my black, and in doing so, i love myself completely...warts and all.

Hello, ty and thanks for the hug :3 the name for them is dark angel, I have a good feeling and an opinion from a friend, she really knows about this stuff. ^_^ N are you talking directly to me about the "i am the otherside of your coin" cuz that would be interesting. This could get into a conversation xD

A dark angel has dark thoughts but has no evil intent with mellowed out thoughts angelic thoughts. I believe they arn't evil at all just the other end of the angelic spectrum, hazzah a connection "i am the otherside of your coin". Demons are fallen angels and they are the ones to worry about, well some demons were once human.

I do believe such an act would only be pointless if one makes it so. There might be a bigger picture than only those things one accept and like. It could be the whole teaching about not judging a book by its cover
