Hi Silent Hill,
i am vegan since 2011 and before that i was vegetarian for few years.Going vegan was something natural, the way humans treat the animals just is not part of my spiritual path,so being vegan is the only option for me.
The benefits:one feels more connected to Nature, the mind is clearer, the body is healthier(for example,i used to catch colds twice in a winter, had high blood pressure,headaches-these things now are just bad memories).
Adjusting is something guided by your own body,so just listen to it.

I would point out that if you're going to turn vegan, don't do it for the potential benefits you might get. Do it because it completely feels right for you to live that way and it's the right choice for you. If it's natural progression you will stick with it, if it's a 'sacrifice' to benefit something else the mindset won't quite be the same.

I remember once I had no meat or dairy all day until I had a coffee and put milk in lol I thought ahh ****. it can be the smallest thing that messes it up. oddly enough a few friends are mediums and drink and smoke and eat meat and junk. I wonder how all that doesn't seem to interfere with medium abilities.

I just realised there was a veggie section on this forum :)

I've been veggie since i was a kid, and vegan for a few years now.

I went vegan for ethical reasons, but the bonus side effect has been making me feel so much lighter, fitter, heatlhier, and more energetic :)

In the past when i struggled to stay vegan , and ate dairy, i felt heavy and lethargic and less well all roudn for a day or so aftwards.

How does adding a little milk to a coffee stuff things up? If you're making the transition you're probably going to make a few habitual mistakes, or even eat something non-vegan without realising. Maybe you wanted the milk in that coffee, maybe you did it by default. You have 2 choices though, to drink it or make another cup

I don't think your diet determines psychic ability. I think how empathic you are can affect your overall energy vibration and determine meat eater vs vegetarian vs vegan. It may affect their medium abilities, as in, they may not be optimum, wouldn't know unless they tried changing their habits though - which they probably don't want to do

Spiritual development is not about what you eat. It's about personal truth: being in alignment with what your inner voice is telling you to do. If you inner voice is telling you to go vegan, then that's your path.

The benefits for me include zero digestion issues, and knowledge that I'm not contributing to the torture and slaughter of animals or the wasteful environmental chaos created by the processed food industry.

What you eat is an integral part of spiritual development. With spiritual awakening everything is seen in a different light and the old ways are swept away.

Careful now, next someone will be insisting organic carrots are more spiritual than blueberry muffins, lol. It is not what you eat that matters. What matters is what you know in your heart you should be eating, and whether you follow that inner voice.

There is a spiritual diet, which adheres to the Law of Love and the unity of all life, and which is gotten without killing and bloodshed. Veganism leads on to the fruitarianism of the First Blessing, which is the spiritual ideal for earthly dwellers.

The body is the temple of the soul.
